Went there for a recall and a battery change. Car was fixed fast, and people were courteous. I feel the service department went above and beyond to tell me I forgot something in the loaner and when asked to dispose of that, they happily did so.

The check engine light came on on my 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee. I took my vehicle in and Melissa was really helpful and providing me information about my car. While I would like to say excellent, the problem itself is not resolved due to a recall and no fix at the moment. But service was five stars, Ray and Tyrone were friendly and informative, service was on time (scheduled appointment) kept in contact with me via text for the two days my Jeep was in the shop. The bill was explained before handed to me.
I came in last minute for a much needed oil change. The courteous staff helped me quickly to get in and out in roughly less than an hour. They also looked to extended warranty if I was interested and didn't feel pressured to buy or anything. My rep was very thorough explaining the warranty and I told him I'd think about it with any fuss. Quick service with a knowledgeable customer service.
We recently had to visit the service department at Chapman Chrysler/Jeep for repairs. Our service advisor was Melissa. Never before had we experienced such great care from an advisor. They have all been good, but Melissa was exceptional! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I recently had a major issue with my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. To make matters worse my factory warranty had just expired. I contacted my service advisor Melissa Kerman at Chapman Jeep. She worked tirelessly on my behalf to find a solution to my warranty and mechanical issues. Melissa went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service and reinstalled my confidence in Jeep. Chapman service center on Auto OSHA Drive is the best. Anthony has been my service writer for 12 years now I followed him from Chapman on Sahara all the way out to Henderson and I live on the complete opposite side of town. I took my Grand Cherokee in for scheduled service on Friday 6/21, for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. The service adviser Cody was very helpful, my vehicle was taken in right away and I was out of there is approximately 30 minutes.

Vince and the service team always take great care of me and my Gladiator! This trip was for routine service, oil change, new aux battery, and Mopar finally figured out a recall solution for the clutch assembly, friction plate. So I had them take care of that too! Gave my guy Vince a call to schedule, dropped it off Friday left it for them over the weekend and was back on the road Monday!
I bought an 06 Wrangler on bringatrailer. com and took it to Chapman for an inspection before driving it across the country back to Michigan. Adrian took great career of me and I highly recommend him. He was really great to deal with.
Richard Cardosi was my Service Rep and the first face I met at Chapman Jeep. He was very gracious and kind when I showed up to make a recall appt for my 2008 Jeep. He was punctual with emails, invoices and contacted parts department to ensure parts were there to complete the recall. Upon pickup he offered service options, but did not hard sell me on them which I appreciated. I will take care of them myself. He was very pleasant to deal.

I was so lucky to find Manny at Chapman Chrysler Jeep. My car's battery light came on, then my air conditioner when off, and it was almost 100 degrees outside. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, so I ask for directions to the nearest Chrysler dealership, and I barely made it into the driveway when my car died. I was in a panic because I needed a smog check, Luckily he was able to work me in. He diagnosed the transmission as being the cause light. He replaced the transmission, and change the engine oil in a very timely manner. I've used this service department 3 times and I've been highly impressed with each service rep I've used, Jeremy, Anthony, and Melissa. I like that they listen to what I'm explaining, ask questions without being condescending and tell me what's needed and recommended without being pushy. The work I've had done there has been comparable in price to other places I've gotten quotes from. I've had zero issues from any work they have done and will continue to take my car there for service.
