Vince and the service team always take great care of me and my Gladiator! This trip was for routine service, oil change, new aux battery, and Mopar finally figured out a recall solution for the clutch assembly, friction plate. So I had them take care of that too! Gave my guy Vince a call to schedule, dropped it off Friday left it for them over the weekend and was back on the road Monday!

This dealership has been absolutely amazing. The staff here really care about getting your needs met and are always true to their word. Alex, Tyreek(sorry about the spelling if i got that wrong), Jacob, and literally EVERYONE at that sales tower and in finance have the BEST customer service out of any dealership I've ever visited. I've purchased 2 vehicles from here now and I won't be shopping anywhere else if I can help it. They literally run their butts off to make sure you're happy.
I just wanted to share what a great experience we had in the service department with Xavier. He was great giving us consistent updates on our Van and explained what was needed very well. He was very patient when I had questions and offered the best customer service. I highly recommend requesting him in the service dept.

Excellent service from start to finish
Had a rear tire blowout (my fault) and needed a new tire. Saw a service coordinator, Elias, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He got me a quote on a new tire at a very reasonable price. Took me in right away and waited about 45 minutes for the tire to be changed and then was on my way. Great customer service!!!

We've had a great experience at Chapman Chrysler Jeep our salesperson Fred Zarebi was very patient and helpful he took us around and showed us several rubicons and eventually we settled on the 4ex. Fred was very a patient explaining and showing us all the cool features of the of the Jeep. We felt very relax no pressure sales. We've been to other Jeep dealerships in the past but felt really comfortable and at ease at Chapman Chrysler Jeep where we ended up buying our 4ex.

I bought a used Jeep from them. The salesman, Irwin, was great. Not pushy at all. He told me to come ask him anything about my Jeep anytime I needed help. So, I did when I thought I was having steering problems. Irwin very patiently listened to my issues and figured out what was going on right away. It was me, not the Jeep, Lol. He was so helpful and didn't make me feel stupid. I'm going back to him soon for some advice on add ons. They also helped with my out of state registration.

Went in with bad credit they ran my credit and then approved me for in house financing and told me how much I need to put down and my monthly payment. I did that and also went in to sign all the contract papers. Was told had to wait a couple days to get the truck before it had to go through inspection I said ok. I was 58 yrs old when I purchased my first brand new car. I am sorry I purchased it through Chapman, worst buying experience ever. I had buyers remorse and tried to give the car back within the week, they would not take it back, they said once the edrs is submitted they can't take the car back. Had oil leak on my 2016 Rubicon in Jan, brought it in, Brian had it diagnosed and had oil adapter and gaskets replaced in 3 days, which was much less than i expected. Took it home and discovered an antifreeze leak the next day. I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning due to an electrical issue. I don’t even know if they’ve diagnosed it yet, but Nick was very accommodating. I’ve been turned away at other dealerships on the rare occasion I needed something unexpected to be looked at urgently, but Nick and Chapman couldn’t have been nicer!

The Finish Matters. My 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck was brought in as it was having starting issues. Probably fuel injectors, but the service department replaced several other issues before ultimately determining it was the fuel injectors. Started with one service advisor who dropped the ball several times. But Nick was able to pick up the ball and finish strong. Because of Nick's proper handling of the issue, I will be back to Chapman for sure. Excellent work by Nick! His supervisor Gus also had great phone eticacies in the manner he conducted himself. I brought my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson for a intermittent starting problem. Ray Alkasem was my service advisor who took the time to understand my problem and what they would do to help correct it. After an exhaustive investigation they found the PCM module was the problem with the starting.
